These one-time virtual sessions are designed to bring clarity, confidence, and concrete next steps to the questions that matter most. Cancellation Policy
Scheduling Sessions are booked at least 48 hours in advance via my online calendar. Once booked, you’ll receive an intake form to share key background information so we can make the most of our time together. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, as this time is reserved exclusively for you. No-shows or missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Payment & Refunds Full payment is required at the time of booking. Due to the personalized nature of this service and limited availability, all sales are final. If you need to reschedule, your payment will be applied to the new date (with proper notice). Follow-Up Support (Optional Add-On) A 3-day text support option is available after your session to help with implementation or follow-up questions. This add-on must be selected and paid for at the time of booking. Confidentiality All information shared during your session is confidential. I will never share personal details, your child’s name, or any records without your written permission. I operate with the same discretion and trust I’ve built in my years working with families in elite private schools. Scope of Support These sessions are educational and consultative in nature. I do not offer therapy, medical advice, or diagnostic services. If I believe additional support (e.g., OT, speech, evaluations) may benefit your child, I will offer trusted referrals with your consent.
